REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Teeny Tiny's, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Window We offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. After this period, we are unable to process any exchanges.
Exchange Conditions To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Tags must be attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange Contact us at teenietinniespk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is accepted, we'll guide you on how and where to send the item back. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Exchangeable Items The following items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances:
- Accessories — no exchange or return
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final, no exchange or return
- Shoes — must be unwashed and unused to be eligible. Any worn or washed shoes will not be accepted
Refunds We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange if it meets the above conditions.
Shipping Costs on Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for orders above Rs 4,000. For orders under Rs 4,000, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
